Extensive experience in pressure vessel welding in a fabrication context:

• Development, review, approve and testing of WPS(s) & PQR(s)
• Selection of welding processes and weld joint geometry using all welding processes SAW, GMAW (Sc, Sp, & MSC), FCAW, GTAW and SMAW
• Review and approve weld maps for fabrication shop and production
• Materials used in custom steel fabrication: carbon, stainless, stainless alloys (Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel), Duplex, & Aluminum
• Supplemental testing of WPS and PQR: Hardness testing (both micro-cross section analysis and production), Charpy-impact testing for low temp applications, PWHT and ‘as-welded’ conditions.
