    • Client and project specification review
    • Specification summary and hi-lite of pertinent details regarding project requirements
    • Material take offs, direct labour estimates
    • Costing and detailed estimate for pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and other related fabricated equipment
  • Review and Comment on:
    • G.A. and fabrication drawings
    • Bill of materials
    • Weld procedures (WPS and PQR)
    • ASME CODE calculations – Section VIII Div 1
    • Inspection and test plans
  • Insight, assistance, guidance into all aspects of fabricated products and related pressure equipment
  • Work closely with junior engineers, project managers, and technical sales personnel by establishing a technical mentoring program. Create a training plan that can be customized per individual or team needs.  Evaluate and hi-lite areas of technical improvement and together build a plan for increasing the knowledge base through practical exercises and skills sets
