Independent Third Party Inspection, Surveillance & Expediting

on-site, in process inspection, surveillance and expediting of all activities regarding the
project to ensure the product is being done in accordance with industry codes &
standards, client & project specifications and client p.o. requirements
Welding inspections – visual inspections of welds. Ensure that all WPS & weld maps are
approved and properly followed. verify that all welders are current and approved for
using the applicable weld processes

All NDE activities can be witnessed and verified to ensure proper procedures & methods
are followed:
- RT, UT, MT, WFMT, PT
Hydrostatic tests: pneumatic tests
Special function or movement tests (valves, pumps, rotary equipment) and factory
acceptance tests as may be applicable.

verify blast and painting operations
verify and ensure that all shipping preparations and packaging instructions are followed
for both domestic and oversee shipments
the proper loading and logistics (equipment handling) is strictly adhered to
verify that all documentation has been completed and approved for final qc data package
