- ASME audits (TSSA audits): successfully participated in (6) ASME audits of our fabrication shop and Quality program
- Change management of the company QC program and QC manual
- Develop and approve all inspection and test plans (ITP’s) for special fabricated projects for high profile clients and end users,
- Lliaise with TSSA and client’s third party inspectors, representatives and stakeholders
- Applications and technical support for all CRN’s
- ASME section V:
- Radiograph (RT)
- Ultrasonic (UT)
- Magnetic particle testing (dry and wet) MT & WFMT, liquid penetrant testing (PT)
- NACE requirements – hardness testing (micro and production), charpy impact testing
